We see the gaps every day. In Montgomery County, many families are facing challenges around access to childcare, stable income, food, and healthcare—things that directly impact their ability to move forward. The Well Center was created to respond to these needs in a real, practical way, supporting families with the resources and stability they need. The SEED Network builds on that—making sure entrepreneurs have the support, connections, and tools to create income and build something that lasts.

The SEED Network
The SEED Network is a community-driven entrepreneurial ecosystem supporting individuals from early ideas to established ventures. Rooted in The Well Center’s vision of holistic flourishing, SEED creates pathways for sustainable businesses that drive economic mobility for individuals, families, and communities.
Through WeavingImpact’s approach, entrepreneurs are connected to the tools, relationships, and proven models they need to grow—ensuring they can move faster, scale stronger, and build lasting impact.

Learning Network
We don’t start from scratch—we stay connected to what’s already working. From Baltimore to Chicago—home to New Life Centers—to Gaithersburg and Montgomery County, we work alongside partners like Cross Community to learn, adapt, and expand proven approaches. By bringing these insights together, we help communities move faster, strengthen their ecosystems, and scale impact with intention.
